This Privacy Policy explains how Aegis Secure View and the Aegis Cloud Services control plane handle information when you request a demonstration or interact with our public website.
Information we collect
When you submit the demonstration request form, we collect your name, work email, company, and the deployment details you provide. This information is used solely to schedule and deliver the requested demonstration.
What we do not collect
Our platform is designed around the principle that your documents never leave your control. We do not process, store, or transmit customer document content on our infrastructure. All document rendering, rasterization, and watermarking occurs inside your own deployment.
Data retention
Demonstration requests are retained only as long as needed to fulfill the request and followed-up communications. You may request deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].
Third-party content
The public website loads fonts and icon assets from third-party CDNs. Those providers may log standard request metadata in accordance with their own policies.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage of the website. Analytics is off by default: no tracking cookie is set and no analytics data is sent until you grant consent via the consent banner or the analytics toggle in the footer. Consent is stored locally in your browser and can be withdrawn at any time. When enabled, Google Analytics collects page views and referrer data subject to Google's data processing terms. We do not use advertising features, cross-site tracking, or personal-identifying dimensions.
